Our Itinerary

  • Arrive, relax, and connect. Enjoy a healing welcome mocktail as you settle in and a special welcome dinner and evening get-to-know-one-another circle.

  • Early morning Yoga, breakfast, coffee, and tea, facilitated circle and workshop, followed by an afternoon excursion. Option to book a massage onsite. Evening Yoga Nidra on the terrace.

  • Excursion, and evening circle and meditation.

  • Morning Yoga, coffee, tea, and breakfast. Grounding and centering circle. Afternoon local beach for relaxation, re-centering and reflection, or stay back and plan your own sacred experience.

  • Morning free time, coffee, and tea with breakfast on the terrace. A chance to connect with your inner voice, group circle and workshop. and an evening Reclaim your power facilitated circle.

  • Morning meditation and group circle. Afternoon to relax in paradise. Evening group dinner at an incredible local restaurant. Evening yoga nidra.

  • Morning to relax, reflect and BE. Closing group circle before airport drop-offs begin.

Meet your Host

Traci is a yoga instructor and registered nurse with advanced training in mindfulness, and trauma informed somatic approaches to healing. She has her 200 RYT and is currently working on her 500-hour certification.

Passionate about helping women realize their potential, Traci’s coaching approach weaves together neuroscience, yoga psychology, and mind/body practices that help clients rewire their nervous system, overcome limiting beliefs and discover ways they can achieve their business, relationship and personal goals without sacrificing themselves.

 
 
 
 

FAQ

  • When you book, you will be sent a “ Let us get to know you” questionnaire that will allow you to tell us who you would like your roomate to be. When that person books, they can also let us know they would like to room with you. We will confirm via email, you have been roomed together.

  • Yes. We will have pick up hours from the airport from 1pm to 3pm, and hotel pick up from the hours of 10am-12pm. We recommend you come in the night before and stay in Vallencia where we can pick you up from your hotel. We can suggest some great hotels if you need. Or, choose a flight that gets you in between the hours of 1pm to 3pm.

    If neither of those options work for you, transportation will be at your own cost. Taxis are readily available.

  • It will still be warm in September, but can get cool in the evenings, so be sure to bring a sweater, or light jacket.

  • We will have several meals with meat options upon request and a couple meals out at a restaurant where you will have the option to order whatever you want. Cheese and dairy products will also be available at the house for snacks and breakfast.

  • Our schedule is very flexible. Although we will offer daily sessions such as yoga and circle, with some days being set aside for excursions, your time is your own, we will have plenty of time each day for you to nap, read, or just walk on the beach if you want to.
